The design phase and plans normally take one to two months depending on your homes specifications.

Our construction is block, steel and concrete, roofs are tin or tile.

The cost for a luxury home including granite counter tops, custom built wood kitchen cabinets, imported tile, wood trim and doors runs from $95.00 per square foot and up depending on your individual taste. Design and blueprints run from $6000. to $12,000. depending on the house size.

Building contractors:

Costa Rica law requires all builders to be licensed Architects or Civil Engineers. Our rchitects and engineers are fully licensed as required by law.

Should you have your own house plans, we can have them converted to meet Costa Rica requirements. All plans have to be in Spanish and signed and certified by a Licensed Costa Rican Architect.
